Here's what $5.9 mil will get you in North Carolina. Admittedly a beautiful property, but I'm a bit surprised at how small the main house is. It's more than I would need, and I just might save a copy of the layout if I'm ever dumb enough to build another house.

While not a McMansion, I humbly present my little 5 acre slice of the world I can call my own home for the last 25 years.
 Being able to pee in your own front yard without being arrested is a God given American Privilege and Right.  Of course it helps when the nearest neighbor is 700 feet away through thick trees too......
