Good Steakhouse Las Vegas ?
OK guys my gf has to take a bunch of corporate people to Vegas on a company incentive and wants a good steakhouse for one evening meal ... not necessarily the most expensive ---- all opinions are very much appreciated.

N9NE at the Palms is not half bad
Carnevino at the Palazzo Personally I will stay with a Brazilian rodizio .. but I'm a sucker for the appetizer buffet they have. Some ideas Las Vegas Steakhouses | Urbanspoon

Hugo's Cellar in the 4 Queens. Great food, great wine list and nice ambiance once you get past the tired old Queens as you transition to the Cellar.
Of course there's also Morton's. A little more event like try Kokomo's at the Mirage.

I have been going to Vegas for 30+ years for conventions & we entertain a lot. Everything listed below will give you a good slab of meat. My list (in order of preference within the category):
Glitzy casino with prices to match Stacks (very noisy but very, very good) - Mirage Charlie Palmer (understated elegance but not quite as good as 5 years ago) – Four Seasons SW (serious attitude from maître d about length of wait time caused me to do my infamous countdown at his desk - you had to be there to understand the scene I caused - but I would never go back) - Wynn Old school (very, very tired casinos but a good feed with no surprises) The Steakhouse (very simple menu but very consistent year after year) – Circus Circus (I would go back without hesitation) Binion's Steakhouse (very consistent) Hugo’s Cellar (not memorable) - 4 Queens Better casino but still old school experience Vic & Anthony’s (good food, tight seating) - Golden Nugget Off Strip Del Frisco’s (better than Morton’s in every way) Morton’s (very noisy) Ian

Kraft Steak at the MGM, excellent but pricey!
+1 for Vic and Anthony's!! This would be my choice! Enjoy! Oh and lesson learned in Vegas......if you want to be seated on time, a little tip to the Maître d will go a long way!

I understand, but how is it any different than tipping the waiter or a valet? And I highly recommend not going to Joe's in Caesar's Palace then! The only way you will get seated is with a tip.

the steakhouse in the Hard Rock is pretty good ,, name escapes me but I think it's 51 ? anyway it's the same as the number of days the steak has been aged..

Anyone try the "Golden steer" on west Sahara?
Drove by there a couple times and looks very old school hole in the wall... just the type of place I like.

Tabs took me to Jerry's Nugget, a little past Old Town on the strip. Very good and inexpensive for prime rib, save room for their pie!
Oh, just noticed, taking Corporate folks. Jerry't is a local older place.

Expensive... But SW has been among the finest dining experiences ever. I've always had reservations. Always had great service and amazing food.

I actually found the steakhouse in Ceasar's (called Nero, IIRC) to be really, really good. Maybe I just lucky, but that was one of the best steaks in my entire life. Better than what I had at N9NE.

Another vote for SW. Been there several times and never a bad experience. Make reservations.
