Would penny loafers and a frilly shirt work with this?
What about "accessories"? Flashy or understated?

No fashion pairings. Yet.
The Murse still has the tags on it.
I have the gift receipt in hand.

Years ago, I remember thinking, "man, what a pain in the ass it is to carry all of this crap around in your pockets, wallet, keys, phone, work phone, etc...", and still, there are times when you think it'd be nice to have other stuff. So I sat there thinking, what can I do, how can I empty my pockets, and I started thinking about getting all of the crap out of of pockets and carrying it some other way. Then I realized, "Holy carp! I've been thinking about a freakin' purse." I promptly put that idea back in it's box and decided it'd just be better to pare down the keys on the keychain to the minimum possible, clear anything that wasn't entirely necessary out of the wallet and get a very thin wallet, and just carry less crap. I also realized that now, as long as my crap is in my pocket, I always know where it is and never have to worry about forgetting it someplace, because unless I've lost my pants, it's with me in my pocket. When carrying all of your crap in a purse, you'll then have to ensure you never leave that anywhere and never lose it or let it get stolen.

Yeah, I freaked myself out and decided it was a horrible idea. I have no problem with someone else deciding it's right for them. It's just not my thing. If you wanted to go manly with it, call it a brief case or attache, and make it look like one.

I'd rather not have something else that I've got to keep track of.

This is the Montblanc version. Don't even ask what they want for this one.

But they do make cool pens. (German made and the best IMO)

The pens are cool, the murse isn't.

I could honestly see myself using a pen like that with the twist off cap. It would be rather like carrying your own beverage coaster.
