If it was me I would leave it alone. Your wiring looks to be in very good condition. Most of the time that cloth wrapped wiring is dry and brittle at the ends. If that wiring is still supple at the ends, the wiring in the romex is going to be in very good condition. Pulling new wires, even 14 gauge wire, is going to be a *****. Oh the first 10 feet or so may go ok, but after that you will be doing a lot of cussing. Once you hit a curve it will be very hard to pull. Helps if you have someone assisting at the other end.
The only thing that would get me to change out the wiring is if you needed to for insurance reasons. Around here they will no longer insure homes with knob and tube wiring or service boxes with screw in fuses. From what you indicated, it sounds like you already have breaker switches.
