Guys,
The spoofing isn't just using Wayne's email ... there have been cases of board members recieving the virus with Island911's addy, as well as my old Hotmail addy that was only used for MSN Messenger, and never originated even a single email from me! Win 2000 Professional doesn't have any virus sensitivity if you aren't using MS Outlook or Outlook Express, and don't have VBS scripting enabled! And, AOL isn't the problem, either! 99.999% of the virii exploit security problems in insuifficiently-tested software from Lil' Bill's empire in Redmond WA!

So what I'm hearing is, it's Sooooo easy to spoof that some joker could be easly trying to make wayne the red-herring bad-guy. And, my "protection money" payed out for the AV software is just the same shi. . stuff, different millenia, as "protection money" from the past. my other solution has been to have a dedicated internet box. I just hope software providers don't get the idea that "internet access" should be an intergral part of every OS and software package.
