Wow! I saw all three when they came out. The Day the World Stood Still was the most impactful, and Forbidden Planet was my favorite of the three.

Everly. Sort of a Kill Bill type movie. Lots of blood and guts. Selma Hayek looking good even after being raped, shot, tased, beaten, tear gassed and stabbed.

If you like science fiction this has some value.
I wasn't expecting much but this surprised me.

It was pretty good, but the ending was a bit hokey.

On Netflix, Devil at the Crossroads, a Robert Johnson story.
Not bad, learned a lot. Talk about mystery and tragedy.

The Ballad of Buster Scruggs.
A series of old western vignettes from the Coen brothers. Each one is intriguing in its own way.

I can't believe Payback isn't in here. One of my favorites. 1999 - Mel Gibson+
I remember 52 Pick-Up being good and would like to see it again. 1986 - Roy Scheider+ Also A.I. Artificial Intelligence. 2001 - Haley Joel Osment

Payback is a classic. Probably one of Mel's best movies... Lucy Liu

Watched "Alien: Covenant" tonight on FX.
It was pretty good, actually. Towards the end a little predictable......maybe because I know the series so well....but along with that tied in well with "Prometheus". Those androids.......smh......
