Where to get Iphone 4S and what to pay?

Looking to add another phone to our family plan. I need a ATT Iphone, would like a 4s. Where is a safe place to get a good used one, and what is a good price to pay? Don't want to buy someones junk or something hot. Just looking for one from someone who is upgrading. Any suggestions would be helpful.

AT&T should have them for about 99 cents with a contract.

I have a used iPhone 4 non S 32Gig that I will be putting on Ebay real soon. But it is way more than 99 cents.

32 GB iPhone 4S should run about $200 on CL (AT&T/GSM unlocked - don't bother getting CDMA, those are mostly worthless). Don't pay extra for jailbreak (you can do it yourself).

Watch out for battery life on used iPhones. I inherited an iPhone 4S, and the battery is pretty much shot. Of course it can be replaced (a quick web search will show how) but factor that into the cost, if applicable.

Yea, but they changed their plans and if you do that now, they charge you an extra $18 per month for 24 months. So you are paying over $400 for the phone. So I would rather pick up a good used one for way less. Want a 4S over the 4, as I have one now that I share with the wife. who has it more than 95% of the time. We are thinking of getting rid of our land line now that ATT has no limit on talk or text.
