Sorry, this type of erroneous grammar needs to die.

There is no "would of, could of, should of."

Even this non-native speaker knows better.

Anyway, I really do wish that NBC showed more sports instead of fluff pieces. OTOH, I did enjoy what I did see.

From curling to figure skating to hockey, downhill, skeleton and so on.

If you watched during the day on NBCSN, you got more action with less fluff. But that also requires the ability to watch TV during the day. If it wasn't for continuous snow storms, I never would have been able to.

Crying US officials and media. We have security concerns............................. and .................................

Poosy Riot got their 15 sec. of fame in Sochi. Ooooooh, very concerning. They crash a synagogue. Zero respect for those biotches. Russia should have tortured them, tied their legs wide open and leave.

Agreed! And OT is a good place for continuing education in many areas.

I understand your frustration Professor, but starting sentences with "To be honest" as you did a few postings ago is not necessarily the best use of the language either. It implies you're not always honest. Replace it with frank or blunt next time; it will give your grammar reprimands more teeth. ;-)

With that out of the way, I can't believe people sit through the primetime airings. Watching on the internet with virtually no commentary, no feel good stories is the only way to go.

I don't have NBCSN. Based on the coverage (other than a blurb here and there), I would have to believe that there was NO hockey in the winter Olympics this year. In the meantime, we got hours of coverage of cross country skiing (snore), endless hours of figure skating, and of course the Jerry Springer-esque drivel on Harding/Kerrigan.
NBC bites.

I dunno what Olympics you were watching, but I had about 5000 hours of Hockey recorded from them.
I can't stand Hockey.

NBCSN broadcasts were boring as hell, though.

I disagree. The broadcasts on NBCSN were more focused on what was happening in the events, while NBC showed, IMO, too much backstory and personal interest pieces.
