A new trend in personalized plates - WTF?

I was just headed into the office this am when I spotted a Hyundai Veloster with the following personalized plates:

DNO7BWI

BUT!.... the plate was UPSIDE DOWN!
The driver was, yes, as you may have guessed it....a young blond lady!

Has anybody else seen this? How long before she gets pulled over?

It got me thinking!.....my next plates will be this:

9NO78WI......figure it out
