I stumbled across this site and bought this case for my iPhone (ordered Thursday and got it today from Cali)
The case seems super quality and looks awesome

They have a stupid amount of Porsche and other car gear on their site

I have no relations with them just passing it along.

Yes. Porsche goes after everyone that is not licensed to use their name, font, or image.

Companies have fleets of lawyers who's only job is defend their intellectual property. He will be getting a cease and desist letter soon.

My friend's dad records music in his basement studio, and had an album called "Porsche Pop." Probably sold exactly zero copies, yet still got the Cease and Desist letter.

The Porsche Club of America has to negotiate a use agreement with Porsche AG to use the name Porsche in the club name. They don't mess around at all.

I hear what you guys are saying however what I don't understand is that the company I linked seems to be running the same format as Amazon, ebay, etc.

If what you're saying is true why has Porsche not attacked ebay and Amazon and the million other web sites that you can by knock offs from?

Decades ago, a local burger joint (Brothers) had a "Brother's Whopper Burger" on the menu....it (the name) disappeared and a letter on the wall took it's place
