And who says us lawyers are always filing frivilous lawsuits?

"A US glamour model has sued Playboy after she was allegedly struck in the buttocks with a golf club during a photo shoot in 2012.

Elizabeth Dickson was asked to lay on her stomach with "her buttocks partially exposed" so Playboy Morning Show radio host Kevin Klein could hit a golf ball placed on a tee in the crack of her backside.
The lawsuit states that Klein missed the ball and instead struck Dickson on the buttocks, "causing her injuries and damages".
Klein is also being sued for the botched stunt, according to CBS Los Angeles.
Dickson says she suffered pain, suffering, worrying and anxiety as a result of the injury.
She is suing for half a million dollars, plus punitive damages, TMZ reports. "

Who the hell agrees to do something like that?

Even if he hits the ball perfectly, I can't imagine that tee flying from out of your crack would feel very good.

How could that possibly end up in a law suit? Is she not willingly, and I bet for pay, laying there waiting for a guy to drive a golf ball out of her butt crack? It did not occur to her that it would hurt if he missed it?
If that is able to make it to courts then that says a lot about what is wrong with the world today. How about some personal accountability?

You can also say that if you take a driver to someone's ass and hit their entire butt cheek, maybe you're negligent. The guy was either trying to hit her butt or so careless that he should have known that he'd cause injury. He could have slowed his swing, used a iron, etc etc.

You can't just whack a person, even for a radio stunt, and claim that they had it coming. My thought is that he wanted to make a noise of the club hitting her for radio entertainment.

I did not realize it was supposed to just be posed.

If you volunteer to have a golf ball driven from a tee in your ass, don't you think it is your responsability to ascertain before hand the skill set of the guy that is supposed to drive it? If she said go ahead and drive it, then to me it is entirely her responsability and the resulting damage she can own herself, no matter how incompentent the guy in charge of the club is.

What is she, a mind reader? How exactly does one ascertain one's ability to hit a golf ball out of a person's ass? Really? "Does your skill set include ass golf, sir?"

The guy swining the club is the guy who knows his ability. Don't swing a club at someone's ass if you plan to hit that person. That is how lawsuits happen.

The suit is claiming she didn't OK him to drive it...

But regardless.

You are saying that if you said it was OK for me to shoot an apple off your head, but I missed and shot you in the face, I wouldn't be charged with murder because you didn't ask if I knew how to shoot? You're crazy man.

He swung the club like an idiot, smacked her in the ass, time to pay the price.
