This morning I went snowshoeing with my dog in my woods. In a little meadow, where there were no drifts but just an even and flat acre of snow, I measured the snow depth. It was 43 inches (110 cm) deep. More predicted for Wednesday, but not too much.

It's going to take a while for all of this to melt, but my 911 is warm and cozy in the shop.

That's a lot of snow. Here in Florida it was 80...again. I even had to cut the lawn. I grew up in Mich and kind of miss the changing seasons.

From my other thread - driving the 993 - 70s today.

I could not live in that white stuff. I would always be ready to pack it up. I have turned down more than one good job offer in snow climates ...

It was 65 on my drive to work this morning...at 630am. I think we've gotten below freezing twice this winter...and that was in the middle of the night, of course. I live in Arizona, so not a place exactly known for its harsh winters, but I live in the mountains. We usually get at least 2-3 snow storms and stay pretty cold (comparitively) most of the winter. This has been the most mild winter I've ever experienced here. Trust me, I'm not complaining

Fields are almost bare, here today (if you don't count hundreds of Cacada Geese).
It was sunny, but cold.
Strangely enough, we haven't had near the snow here that you've had, Dennis.

Hang in there.
