I reckon it's the reloading equipment, but what caught my eye is that "black box". You've found it!!!! Red Beard saves the day...

I have that exact setup (ordered from Northern Tools a couple of years ago). Well worth the money: very strong and easy to assemble most any size workbench.

Don't worry.
Starting Jan 1, 2012 all workbenches sold to the public are equipped with wifi cameras and connected anti-tampering devices.

Just log in with your smart phone to gain access.
It's easy.

They sell them at Lowes as well.

I built two work benches using those and 2x6's up top to raise it a little higher up. Mine are 4 feet by 8 feet, with 2x4's for the bottom shelf, didn't use the middle one.

There are LOTS of problems with those pics.

In the first pic:
-the reloader is an MEC shotgun shell reloader. The trickle powder drop is not used in shotgun reloading and is redundant as the two bottles on the MEC hold shot and powder.
-case trimmer is not used in shotgun reloading
-shells in holder are rifle...not compatible with shotgun reloader
-dial caliper not used in shotgun reloading
-powder on the shelf does not appear to be a shotgun powder

In the second pic:
-more than one scale. not sure why anyone would bother with a traditional scale with the electronic one at hand.

In BOTH pics:
-Someone paid way too much for plastic pieces to join 2x4's.

The brass reloader is in the orange toolbox...

Just to clarify, I had just gotten divorced and was in a rental, so the abilty to put something together and take apart quick was key for me.

They also weren't that expensive.

In my last house the workbenches were attached to the house and used 4x4's as the legs, so yes, this is a lazy alternative but fit the needs I had at the time.

True, I could have built a similar workbench for less money (like the one I left at our last house) but it would have taken considerably longer and to be honest, would not have been as strong as that assembly is unless I used 4x's which are a pain to work with. Those resin legs are seriously strong and make the bench very easy to assemble in about any size you might want.

YES! There are "books" in those pictures... books lead to thinking... thinking leads to free thought.. free thought leads the desire for freedom.
