Pride(false) is a strange thing...
While visiting the parents over the weekend, we watched the movie(for me the first time) "War of the Roses", where Douglas and his wife pay the ultimate price to hold onto something.
My Dad asked me afterwards, which did i believe was right? I told him, both were wrong, as no material possession is worth losing your life over...only to defend your own life or a family member is worth that risk. Dad felt they were both right(even though the Lawyer also mentioned there is no winning here, just degrees of losing). Ever known anyone that went down in a ball of flames to prove they were "right"?

Yes, a competitor in the magazine biz. John Deere sent him a cease and desist request. It would have cost the person $0 to comply, but he sued. A little guy with a $100k business sued the giant corporation John Deere over a principle that he happens to be wrong on. Stupid.
