Although owning this collection is rewarding, he is still successfully campaigning a 911 in vintage races.
Having been a Porsche factory driver up through the 80s, his passion for racing is alive and well at 70.

I stumbled upon a huge collector in Muscle Shoals, Alabama a few months ago. He had @ 40 911s, primarily 1-2 year old GT2s and GT3s and a Carrera GT and every turbo model made starting in the 70s, even the Kremer versions.

That's pretty much how my aunt got her 912 in about 1975. Some collector with a bunch of cars bought it new and rarely drove it. 6 years later he sold this almost new 912 for like $2800.
