Edge of Tomorrow, any good?

ok, i know a bunch of you don't like Tom Cruise. That doesn't mean his movies cant be good. Besides Emily Blunt is pretty hot.

I like a good Sci-fi movie and sci-fi meets Groundhog Day could be cool.

So, any good?

My wife & I liked it. Interesting idea. It became a bit disjointed about tow thirds of the way through because they had to skip ahead for the story to progress. To me Ton Cruise is just an actor in a story. Of course it had a monster to be killed toward the end like most other movies.

I enjoyed it as well. The storyline is farfetched, but that won't stop you from enjoying it. So I'd say the quality of the science fiction is minimal, but the action was good (especially in 3D, I'm sure) and the characters were entertaining. There was a touch of humor as well, which was well done. Bill Paxton was surprisingly good as the drill sergeant.

I really wish Tom Cruise would do more drama or dark films. The whole 50 year old action star thing is getting old. I especially liked Magnolia and Collateral.

Personally, I enjoyed watching Tom Cruise die multiple times...

Movie was OK. Ending was odd.
