Wow...I found that thread when I did my occasional bounce over to PARF earllier. I always read the "banned" thread first if it has been updated and that led me to the "meltdown" thread. I actually posted that I "liked" Kyle, but cautioned him about his "anger management" issues....I was absolutely WRONG about part of my post. Obviously the man has some SERIOUS "issues" going on and needs some help....

ps: IMO, that should be grounds for a permanent ban...YMMV....mods?

I actually DO feel sorry for Kyle. I seem to recall that he has been going through a "rough patch" (...maybe lost his dad/stepdad??) recently. Still think he should be permantly banned however. That said, this thread alone, and the trail it'll lead to (his PARF rants) will potentially eliminate him from future IT positions...just sad imo. I hope he seeks professional help....
