But do they put salt on the road in Sweden?

Of the ones remaining in Europe I'd imagine many of them are in a pretty sorry state.

Thats true. Finding one in mint condition is probably out of the question.

Euro MFI Carrera - very different than a US Carrera. Probably well over market to test the waters, but these cars have been six figure cars for more than a few years. US cars seem to be pushing high 5 figures now.

I'm surprised no one mentioned he's taking up 3 parking spaces.

Guys, like it or not, the early 911 market has taken off - led by the RS. This activity is bringing all other air cooled 911s with them. The Euro Carrera is as close as you can get to a 73 RS as you can without actually owning one. These have steadily increased in value following the RS market. Still a relative bargain compared to a $935k RS.

I can't believe that on the world's largest Porsche board, there are so many people who don't seem to know the difference between a U.S. '74 Carrera, (dog car), and a '74 euro Carrera, which is a '73 RS in sheep's clothing, and also have no clue about the value of these cars in the year 2015.

And no, your regular old SC or 3.2 Carrera is not now worth $80k, but it did go up a little.
