I'd say he gets mixed reviews on thesamba, I couldn't find a bumper review. He's out of Argentina so that's why the chroming price seems low.

My good buddy has a '53 split with hearts.
Another buddy has a '50 and a '52 zwitter. He found the 50 in a barn on it's roof, pretty well no rust at all on the bottom, but he had to do a lot of repair to the roof. Real weird. I have matching 67's...bus and bug.

There is a big VW show and swapmeet this saturday in Long Beach. You might find some bumpers if you are in socal area.....
