I'm in the air, flying first class over South Dakota currently, and have a nice head start on the holidays after 3 glasses of red zin. Dreaming of being reunited with my wife, stepson and kitties after 12 days and 40000 miles in the air. I'll need a clear head, which might be a few days from now

Life does not suck, and I feel guilty for having a list at all, but that's what makes all of us humans, isn't it? Its a good time of the year to be thankful for the opportunities that life presents

I saw Seinfeld live last month at a sold one night show.
In one of his routines he has a joke regarding a bucket list.
Which he states he change the "B" in bucket list to an "F".
He's fine sitting at home watching sports.
The routine was very funny.

Throw a tomato at Seinfeld while he's on stage.

Of course, that will never happen so lets be more realistic..

1) I'd like to have an all access pass at the Monterey Historics week.
2) I want to (and should be able to) have enough money to retire comfortably and accomplish this list.
3) I want to travel all over North America.
4) I'd like to build a cabin in the mountains and experience all 4 seasons under the aspens.
5) Of course a GT3 Porsche.
6) To help my kids/g-kids not have the rough life that I've had.
7) Go back to Sandals resort in Jamaica for more than one week next time.
6)

No bucket, no list. I've been lucky enough to survive a lot of adventures, and my only goals now are to stick around long enough to see my son leading his own life, grow as a musician, and learn to appreciate the moment no matter where, when, or how I am. The last one will take care of the second one, and the first will happen one way or another. I don't need to go anywhere or do anything else.

It's been years since I've had the leisure of considering a bucket list, that's probably a sign...or something

I've completed most on my list but still have a few more:
- Help my wife establish complete independence
- Get both kiddos through college
- Dance with my Daughter at her wedding
- Toast a glass of single malt with my Son at his
- 996TT lapis blue Tip with saddle back interior
- visit select places with my best friend

beyond that I have seen what I wish, done what I wanted...

Well, I've done some stuff, but I'd like to do some more. Nothing too huge.

I'd like to get to Australia and Antarctica, because I've already been to North and South America, Asia, Europe and Africa.

I'd like to drive at Laguna Seca and the 'Ring.

I'd like to go to the Goodwood thing. Monterey would be a good second, but I think Goodwood would be even better.

I'd like to drive 200mph. I've been 150, that was pretty crazy. It would have been less so had the shocks have been a bit better on the targa when I did it.

I'd like to continue to work on retirement funding because I'm way behind.

I'd like to have a long happy life with the missus.

A couple of years ago, I did the skydiving thing, road in an F1 car, and saw an F1 race. So I can mark those off

I'd like to fly a plane.

There are more things in the US and the world that I would like to see.

I'd like to get back to a 6 minute mile, but I think I'd settle for 6:30.

I don't really have this list set in stone or written down. I thought about it and came up with some of this stuff a few years ago, but I'm relying on my memory to keep it. I'm not a hard core planner. Life has taught me that you can paddle the boat, and point it the direction you want to go, but where you actually end up may not be where you thought you were going. Life will throw lots of surprises and curve balls at you, but so far, for the most part,, they have all taken me someplace better than I was expecting.
