don't know what it is, listened to this again. His passing seems somehow more like the end of an era, long gone, but alive in some of us. The power of his voice, his everyman demeanor, his taking of Woodstock and making it his. JJ Cale, Entwisile, and other rockers that have gone before him, seem, at least to this old guy, not quite as profound.

Listen to this one more time. It is powerful
