2 out of 100?

I think I'll start walking everywhere.

A good sim performance is like a sucessful appendectomy on a cadaver. Remember that the next time your one of two outta of 100. "but I got 2000 hrs......no you don't you got 200 ten times."

This is why we have simulators and yes it's very easy for somebody to inadvertently shut down or feather the wrong engine when things are going bad and workload is high. It's one of those things that you initially never believe somebody can actually do until you see someone do it in the sim (or do it yourself), then it sticks in your head and you'll never ever EVER do it again which really is the whole point of simulations anyway.

Correct. :)

^^ Exactly. That was my point. Those other guys hopefully have learned and will not make that mistake in real life. I have learned quite a bit in good sim sessions.
