Can someone explain this one?
The guy said after looking into it it has happened multiple times. What would make a pilot do this?

You can bet your ass that when I got to the ground I'd be looking for the pilot and he'd not want to be found. I would think that kind of behavior could get your license pulled

Not sure what the rules are. I think they were in Thailand.
Here in the US the pilot would be done.

It seems to me the pilot was trying to zoom down to pick up another group of sky divers. My guess.
