Type 2, yes, Type 1, no. Sorry to be a stickler, but my daughter is Type 1 and must be treated with insulin, diet and exercise won't cure it :--)

Keep it up with the support stockings, I think I am wearing those exact ones right now.

Try acupuncture, no seriously. Find an old Chinese medicine guy that knows their business.
Been doing that for over a year, has helped with my breathing & back more than anything else that I have ever tried, and my breathing test confirm that air is flowing but still not producing oxygen.

The stockings are Jobst, gonna order some more.

Don't be offended but looking at your photos you need to drop some weight.

I understand more than most people how hard that is to do. Over the last 6 years I've lost about 30 pounds and
I still have to loose another 15 before I'm in the middle of my healthy weight range for my height.

Thanks, the steroids & some of the other meds fattened me up (thought they were fattening me up to serve me as a meal) and the weird thing is, I don't eat a lot, not big portions, drinks lots of water, and after quitting drinking, gained weight instead of lost I was always the skinny guy

a 28" waist until I was 30, but when I started having breathing issues, and they started pumping me full of meds, I started putting the pounds on

And the entire time, I have always been active, and still am.. Seems that everything health wise that I have been dealing with is the opposite of normal, given that I have always been active, no drugs was never a cigarette smoker, ect . The doctors are really confused by me.. One of the reason I started seeing Chinese medicine guy was to get away from the other meds and go all natural & herbal.
