Daly is choking down cigarettes the entire day, which I found hilarious. Even up on the T box. He'd throw down his cig on the grass just before his swing. On one Par 5, he hit a long, long 2nd shot and put it 10 yds off the green in some trees - a very difficult shot. Any normal golfer would have lightly chipped it up onto the green and called it good. Not Daly. He gets up there with a sand wedge or something and takes a full swing at, trying to put it over the trees and basically hole it (a 25 yd shot with about 60 feet of vertical, a 1% shot at best). He misses it and the ball dribbles forward 3 feet. Takes a drag off his cig and tries again. Same result. No emotion, he takes another drag, throws the cig down and nails the shot, putting the ball about 6 inches from the cup  The crowd goes wild.A pic I took that day:
