This wishful thinking is all very nice but we all know if he's captured alive, he'll be brought before a judge in a US courtroom and given his rights just as if he were a citizen. For myself, I think Arab justice would be about the best we could do if we turned him over to a country we could trust to do that. So you wouldn't offer him plastic surgery to help change his appearance as he will undoubtedly be a persecuted individual once identified, and then give him a new identity to allow for rehabilitation into society, and, of course, as much mental health counselling as necessary to allow for said rehabilitation?
