Nano bots fixing your cells so they replicate perfectly indefinitely.  How does a life expectancy of 600 years sound? (estimate based on current fatal accident statistics)

Sounds like fun to me.
I've read enough about memristors over the last decade or so to be cautiously optimistic about how quickly/if it will be able to make an impact outside of a lab.
