I've seen the news reports, we'll see what happens. Marshall has turned down offers in the past, he has a young family and always says that he wants to raise his kids in Wichita. He also frequently says that he lives like a king for what they pay him, and that money isn't everything. I suppose they all say that, but Alabama isn't exactly a top job in college basketball. The money might be good, but at 'Bama he would always be second to football. WSU doesn't have football or a pro team, so WSU basketball is top dog and has years of consecutive sellouts to show it.

Now if it were a historic program like UCLA, Duke, or UNC.........then I would be worried.

Now the rumors are Marshall headed to Texas, Matt. We'll see - could just be speculation.

ND vs UK was pretty great, too bad they couldn't pull off the upset.

Wondered why ND wasn't fouling there at the end with less than a minute left.

They also missed some scoring opportunities and turned the ball over a couple times. Then there was those treys.

Close game though.

Seems like this year there's more intensity in the games.

Speaking of which.......today at 2:20pm eastern on CBS we have Iggy & Sparty vs. Pittino & L'ville and afterwards at 5:05 we have Coach Few's Zags vs. Coach K's Blue Devils.

Sadly, Lville lost a close one. They just fell apart. Couldn't hit anything in overtime.

They missed a free throw at the very end of regulation that would have won it.

Hoping Louisville comes through for me. So far, Wisconsin is hanging with them. I have L-ville -5 and over 132. They're at 20 points at 14.30, so I'm looking good there.

Sparty just could not overwhelm the inside game and their outside shooting sucked. Since Sparatans lost, I'm out of the madness.

Go Wisconsin, I guess.

Not really into basketball but would love to see the Badgers beat Kentucky if only to watch these two TNT announcers lay on their backs and cry. :rolleyes:
