Ours has been reserved:

We contacted a dealer in December when the rumor mill started talking about it. When it was officially announced, the dealer called to confirm we still wanted it. There are 4 or 5 more people behind us.

I think they may be a little hard to come by. My husband can't wait to test the Drift button.

Love it, I'd love to have one. Ford is on a serious roll.

These are FWD?

I'd consider one that was RWD or AWD.

Still leaves me interested

Yes. It's a great car but does tend to torque steer. The RS with AWD should be damn good.

Think

GTi = Focus ST

Golf R = Focus RS

Only give the Fords a good 40hp advantage (or more).

I would guess this to be a 37-38K car. Like the STi, EVO (RIP) or golf R

Not announced yet. Speculation has it priced similar to the Golf R and Subaru STI.

Ford is interesting- they have 2 cars coming out late this year that I would seriously consider- the Focus RS and the Mustang GT350. I can't ever remember lusting after 2 Fords. Very interesting times.

Agreed. But each time I think something new is the bees knees, there is something else new that raises the bar. When I say that, I'm not just limiting it to Ford however. The older I get, the broader my tastes become. IMO, there are a TON of really, really neat cars out there.
