My wood pile glows in the Dark !!
Ever seen foxfire ? I was coming inside tonight from working out in the yard all day, and had to take a double step. My wood pile had glowing streaks all through certain pieces of wood.
I of course ran right inside and googled it , and was surprised, and relieved to find it was not radiation , or nuclear fallout. I had this massive woodpile of larger pieces, that were too large to move by hand. I was digging them out today with the backhoe, and the ones that were laying on the ground and were wet and moist, were the ones that would glow. Wherever the bucket teeth tore the bark off, it was glowing away. Mine too if I put one of those glow in the dark condoms on it, but I don't trust those things to not break. They are a novelty item.

I haven't ever seen in wood like you did, but I used to seed what I assume was something similar in the breaking waves at the beach in Florida.

Crazy. All the more reason I'm trying to get as much of it as I can burned in the wood stove before I sell this place. All I need is some prospective buyer thinking I'm stashing plutonium in the wood pile.
