It is a strange spring, it is thirty degrees warmer here than just a two hour drive north, and I am in the foothills so it shouldn't be like this, but I am enjoying it

I don't think you can edit headers. Sorry.

Hey! You can see the wall and the windows of the building in the background!
There IS a Spring!

It is still above freezing out there (8 PM) and the Atlantic side of Nova Scotia seems to be getting dumped on once again.
If we suddenly get a lot of rain to melt all this snow. We're going to have a lot of wet basements.

Hang in there.

We need RAIN here.

Otherwise, no complaints. In the 70s, ran in tshirt and shorts, BBQ for the family and ate outside in the shade.

No... keep the spring heat away please! I need to relocate the dehumidifier in the attic and run some wiring to the master bedroom still. There are also two elm trees to plant, some fence to be replaced and landscaping to put in. THEN maybe I'll open up to warmer temperatures outside.

70s here, I'm going to have to mow the yard soon. I think winter may be over, thank God. I'm going to Chicago on Monday where it's 34 and snow, so I'll be happy to come home.

Spring is here.........

Yep, spring is here! 80 degrees yesterday with blue skies! Took the SC out for a bit of a spin with windows and sunroof wide open! Later, I worked on the pool for a while getting it ready for swimming season. While I have spent time in the northeast and enjoyed the scenery and folks that I met, I like the weather here better, thank you!

It was mid 70s here today and I cleaned the AC compressor. The condenser was filthy and lots of leaves inside the unit. This unit is a royal pain in the butt to get apart enough to clean it. Actually taking it apart is not that bad but putting it together is the hard part. It is ready for spring and I am too.

I'm getting really tired of this now!

1" new snow today (after finally seeing at least 25% of the grass) and highs around 25 F. Lows for the next two nights might dip into the lower teens. It's gotta end soon!

I'm "enjoying" it while it's cool. The wiring for the whole house dehumidifier is in, this afternoon I need to move it where it needs to go, take care of the ducting and figure out what I need to run the drain. Give me just a few cool, cloudy days more...

I turned on the water to my detached, unheated garage last week. Woke up this morning and it was 24 degrees. I ran out in a panic and drained the pipes - fortunately before they froze. It's supposed to be 65 again Wednesday, but snow today and low 20s again tonight. This winter seems to have lasted forever.
