Those are sweet little rides.

Let us know if yours has 1 or 2 turbos.

I work with a "Hot hatch" fanboy who drives the exact one and insists its TT

Nice ride. I haven't had the pleasure of driving an ST, but I sat in one and it felt nice.

Congrats. My husband has an ST as his "company car". He has more than 100K miles on it and we have had no problems.

We have even been teaching our son how to drive on that manual. Next year my son will take that and my husband has reserved the new RS.

By the way Saucy, it has 1 turbo unless your co worker has made changes.

I am well aware.

I tried to help him understand by showing him the turbo and explaining there wasn't another hidden in the glove box, gas tank, behind the headlight fluid expansion tank etc etc

He told me, "The dealer told me it has 2, dealers don't lie." (An R.I.T Graduate no less)

Can't make it up.

FWIW, I was able to drive it one day, the car was great fun and just begged to be pushed.

LOL. Never argue with an idiot, they'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

It does beg to be pushed, and it's fun because you can push it around town without breaking every law known to man.

In Europe you can also buy that car (or in wagon form) with the 185BHP 2 litre diesel engine, and it goes very well too, and diesel is now cheaper in England than petrol

I would LOVE to have a Focus ST Estate. Very cool looking little wagons.

I wish I could have one of those diesels. Here the price of diesel fuel is now below gasoline, too.

Congrats, I've liked the Focus cars for a while (my baby sister has one). If I didn't need my truck for bike hauling, I'd likely have one myself.

Perhaps he meant twin-scroll? Though I don't think these motors have a twin-scroll turbo.
