when I have time...I will write more and fill many of you in on the nascar machine and all the concern of the loss of shr...the politics;(
I personally hope the ward family gets their pound of flesh. |

As it turned out, he wasn't THE ONE (Neo). |
Pretty sure walking onto a hot track is the reason he's dead.

And no, I don't smoke weed. But some here seem to have just watched the 1947 film, "Reefer Madness" and think it turned him into a track-walking zombie. |

In TS's (limited) defense:
Today I drove a side road at speed towards the western afternoon sun. Blinding light, shaded areas, blinding light, shaded areas, blinding light. Repeat. A deer/person standing in the middle of that road would not have been seen until it was too late. |
I just read this entire thread and EMJ has some serious issues. Don't let the facts get in your way there Bucko.

Throughout the garage and to us mere fans, Stewart is a known bully and first class jerk who just happens to be a great driver. Sorry, the rest of us aren't privy to cozy steak cookouts with the guy to get to know how "nice" he is. And who are you, Richie Cunningham of Happy Days? I haven't heard anyone called "Bucko" in 30 years. I think you might want to time warp from 1979. |

Least favorite Driver: Hamlin - big cry baby whiner. Was Kurt Busch until I realized he's a basket case with serious mental issues. |
I'm glad we got that settled.

EMJ, what is your problem? Did TS kick your dog? Piss on your tire?
Give it a rest..... |

Thank you. No excuse except the mental pressure of 4 o'clock traffic behind. I crested one hill at 40mph while in conversation and a couple of college girls popped up in the weeds on the right, only a feet feet from the road and trying to cross the street. These heartstoppers don't make my day. |
Seems very unlikely that is the case given the amount of scrutiny the video went through to come to the conclusion that is not what occurred, and from what I have read it is an opinion not shared by the professional drivers that witnessed the event.
Tony may be a hot head but Ward was clearly the dumbest guy on that track that night. And if he smoked with any regularity, MJ even as close as two hours before would have contributed very little to his stupidity, it seems he was the real hot head out there disregarding his own safety and that of the other racers by running around on an active race track in the dark. |

Prior to the fatal accident Stewart was for at least two years repeatedly calling out drivers in post race interviews with threats to wreck them if they got in his way. This was occurring almost weekly right up until the accident. Anyone who follows NASCAR knows this. |

When it comes to Tony Stewart, the story ends with EMJ puttin' him in the wall.
