I really think he has transcended into a troll.

His hatred for TS is off the charts.

I could not possibly care less about Stewart or NASCAR. One dumb ass hot head proved Darwin's theory with another hot head to help him out.

Starve the trolls. I am not going to respond to him again.

Even won a road course race last year - Watkins Glenn I believe. And for your edification, his drug pop was for meth. "Adderall" is a main ingredient used to make meth and was also Mayfield's supposed claim... But the 'Dinger was busted for meth:

Don't let the door hit you on your ass on the way out. I could care less for Stewart. Or NASCAR. And why are you replying? You add nothing to the discussion - either of you, except for being drama queens and bringing up bad 40-year-old sitcom references. When you bring the word "hatred" into a silly thread like this you're trolls. Why don't you find someone worth defending and stop trying to control people's opinions. We could be having this same discussion about Barry Bonds, Kobe Bryant, or Tiger Woods. I don't like them either - all class A jerks that are star athletes.

Prior to the fatal accident Stewart was for at least two years repeatedly calling out drivers in post race interviews with threats to wreck them if they got in his way. This was occurring almost weekly right up until the accident. Anyone who follows NASCAR knows this.

All part part of the WWF of Motorsports show, just part of the program. I'm sure Pete can elaborate more if he chooses too. Wednesday phone calls to the race shops...

He does... it's obvious. He (and a couple of others) tried to sell their armchair psychoanalysis of what was in TS's head and what happened in that long thread last year.

No amount of solid, well-presented analyses of the video was enough to make him/them reconsider their position, either... like this article from that other thread: http://forums.pelicanparts.com/off-topic-discussions/824701-tony-stewart-not-good-26.html#post8279349

The marijuana blood test confirmation was discussed in that thread, too.

You didn't make one salient point last year, Heel, and you haven't made one now. Stewart is a jerk, IMO. I have no "axe to grind." That's ridiculous. What happened to him in that accident is terrible. You'd think he'd learn some humility and not continue to be rageful on the track, especially after the accident. Not a hard concept to follow at all...

You been waiting up all night for someone to post weren't you? OK, now grab your blanket and go get some sleep. TS will be over to tuck you in. :p

I really don't have a dog in this fight, just wanted to point out that you are incorrect in this assumption. I'd get into the specifics, but it is easy enough to google.

You're right, Kurt. I believe the argument is that those that pop for meth make the Aderrall claim since both have similar test results or something, and of course, they'd want to claim the lessor of two "evils."

No, he didn't. Amphetamine, not methamphetmine. Not the same thing.

Anybody that has any knowledge of the drug policy in NASCAR knows that they test for a large number of very specific things. They can easily tell the difference between amphetamine and methamphetamine and to claim that Adderall was the culprit causing a positive result for methamphetamine would be fairly ignorant, and short-lived. At the time, Allmendinger made no claim about Adderall. That came much later.

JR

EMJ 08-12-2015 08:52 AM

Yes, that's correct. Got it wrong last night. I recall the initial reporting of the issue was rumored to be meth and it stuck in my mind. The amphetamines discovery was reported later. And really, anyone in any corporate gig, which NASCAR is, knows that employees are tested for a variety of banned substances, especially the drivers. And really, you have to mention that methamphetamines and amphetamines aren't the same thing? That's funny.

And no, I'm not up on all of the NASCAR drug policy details. Why would I be, or care?

NASCAR's AJ Allmendinger tested positive for amphetamines

It's not important that you be well versed in it. You do seem to have a more than passing knowledge of NASCAR and it would be hard to have escaped a decent understanding of what transpired, as it got huge coverage for a long time, even extending into the mainstream media coverage.

The point is that you continue to make claims that can't be supported by the facts and some of us find it hard to understand that you keep going off half-cocked.

We get that you aren't a fan of Stewart. Just leave the bull**** at the door.

Really? I was well versed on the Almendinger issue three years ago when it happened. Do you think I'm stopping what I'm doing to do a bunch of research to post on a stupid thread like this? What's all of this "half cocked" crap? I have to be fully "cocked" to discuss this with you? I'll tell you what I tell my VP's when I see them struggling with leadership issues: be direct. Don't be passive aggressive. You have something to say, say it. Don't hint or beat around the bush with our people.

You don't like my view on Stewart - say it. Don't be around the bush with this stickler nonsense. My point is clear from my first post. All of this other stuff is noise. I botched the meth stuff with the Dinger - so what? Big deal. You don't like my bull*****, don't read my posts. I've been going to Nascar races since the 80's. I don't need to justify anything to your standards. For someone with no dog in the fight, you've gone from ass deep to neck deep.

I don't see a troll aspect to EMJ's posts. Labeling him as one is bull**** and inflammatory.
