Folks cookin meth in the kitchen don't take too kindly to strangers knocking with authority on the front door. He probably had to flush a months rent down the drain because of some sorry-azz cement mixer. ;)

Honestly, I know this area and parking is impossible. Azzwipe neighbor overreacted, you overreacted, wifey overreacted and now here we are. A simple apology to the ladies, and 24 hr prior notice if you need to get a rig in there in the future costs you nothing and will probably pay big dividends. JMHO

it was suppose to be in green. Yep knocking on the door was the key word.

Notice to other neighbors, yes, but not to them. He's not (I don't think) a druggie. He's a struggling studio musician. Wife works for a wedding planner. Some time ago, I posted about my neighbor loaded some long metal pole that fell on my new 4 runner and dented the roof. I was home and watched it happened from my kitchen window. He was a chef then, and said he will pay for it but it never happened after I got him an estimate. I let it go. Its only a car, it still drives well. This is them. These people have no back bone, and put entitlement to another level. The cars are still there in front of my house. It hasn't moved an inch. They aren't lowlifes druggies, just have no class. I am just sadden that mom's right there, and let this happened. I would expect her to step in and do the right thing to defuse the issues. I suppose the fruit doesn't fall too far from its tree?

Here's the latest after my very last post. Had dinner, needed to get my S2000 out of that garage covered with construction dust a mile thick so my garage can install a new door tomorrow morning. Turned the key and click, click, push the car out half way, off I go in my truck to Autozone with garage door open. We leave garage open all the time, no one really comes up but the neighbors walking after dinner. A little surprise awaits me on my dirty hood.http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1442028532.jpg
I am dealing with a fooking 12 year old cry baby here:rolleyes: Mama never taught him to talk to people to problem solve, I suppose.

Stick that TM26 in his face the next time you see him.

Of course they never remember things like that when they are at fault and get away with it. I let it go, give em' an inch, so now they thump their chest and take a mile. I brought it up and told him how bad a neighbor they were and he actually stop for a second. Yeah, they are same idiots.

Call the cops. Trespassing and vandalism. A four cam security system from Harbour Freight is about $250

scottmandue 09-12-2015 07:07 AM

Buy a couple bottles of bleach at the 99 cent store and write "nice lawn" on their lawn

I know, they are renters and it would just piss off the owner.

Are they downwind? Maybe time to start smoking meat?

You should print that picture out and drop that in his mailbox. Maybe with a printout stating the fines/consequences of trespassing and damage to personal property.

The guy's a tool and wants a fight. Do not give him the satisfaction of engaging with him.
Get security cameras, record his trespassing, then take it to the cops.

Next time you see him, politely invite him over, tell him it's gone too far and ask him, "Do you really want to try someone you know nothing about?"

Leave garage door open again, and WAIT.

I don't have time to deal with him, a man with the brain and action of a 12 year old. These young folks (in their freaking 30s:rolleyes:) don't talk and can't anymore. They seem to not have the ability to talk and solve issues. I might just wait for his wife to have this baby and start with the Jack hammer I mention earlier. Piss of the wife, baby, and MIL who's will be going through sleep deprivation. They will rip him a new one. Its just a though, I would love to do it, but wouldn't. I am bigger then that.

Jim Richards 09-12-2015 09:36 AM

I can sympathize, Jeff. We recently had painters working in our condo, followed by the crew that replaced our wood flooring. Our next door neighbors are professional complainers, and spent the 12 day period this work was taking place whining and *****ing to our condo board. Never would talk to me directly, and when I tried to reach out to them (twice) I was ignored. Life's too short for *******s and jerks. Keep smiling.

I know the feeling! I'm downwind and when the neighbors have a BBQ the smoke blows through our house... I actually like the smell but it drives wifey crazy... fortunately my neighbors are a great bunch of guys and I may resort to going over to there place and having a beer or three... that will show them!

Fly above the ground chatter, you are too important in life for that garbage.

Send a bottle of wine with nice card apologizing for bothering them, but it was necessary at the time.
Kill him with kindness. Smile good day on the street.
After he freaks out, he will drive his wife and MIL away.
Let him implode.

scottmandue 09-12-2015 11:43 AM

Get a drone and buzz his house :D

Oh ha-ell yeah! Get a good, powerful UAS, load it down with kerosene, hover over his house and shoot it with with a tracer round from your shotgun (they make those, right?).
He'll think it's an angel raining God's own fiery vengeance unto his home because he's an unholy douchnozzle. That'll teach him.

Or act like an adult.
