Rennsport on TV?
Anyone know if the recent Rennsport Reunion from Monterey is being broadcast on TV? I have looked and haven't seen it listed. I was under the impression that it would be on Fox Sports 1 (which, unfortunately I don't receive). A couple of us (or rather our kids) were interviewed by Justin Bell and it would be neat to see them on TV.

I recorded it on my TIVO last night. It was on the standard def Fox Sports2 station only, no HD.
When I searched for anything logical I did not find it. It was called the Rolex Reunion. The description was the largest reunion of racing cars and it was new. I figure it had to be it. If not is might be interesting anyway. I still don't know how I can get that recording off of my TIVO and on to a media that I can share. The copyright legal stuff makes it a real challenge. I will watch it tonight if I get a chance and let you know if it has your kids in it.

Glen, that was the event formerly known as the Monterey Historics (I watched that show too). I imagine Rennsport will have a similar program in a month or two. The Historics were in August.

Thanks for looking. The producer told me Fox SPorts 1 on Oct 7 at 11:30 am eastern, but obviously it wasn't on at that time.

That's great. Made a fan for life! The camera man that was working my turn(4) kept turning the camera on my co-worker when ever the flags came out. Funny what happens when she's the only girl (young too) working flags.

It's on FS1 right now. Just saw Sid and the boys, Alarick and his daughter.
"Hey, those are Pelicans" is what I announced to my wife.

I just finished watching it on FS1.
It was nice to have meet Sid, Thuy's boys, and Aleric out at the event. I had to chuckle seeing the interview with Bill Disser and his Baby Blue 356. He is one of our customers. We work on that car regularly.

Missed it. The ESR guys said Justin Bell misidentified Norbert Singer as Norbert Haug though.

Nice show. Editing 3 days into 1 hour must have been tough with all that eye candy.
Good to see some fellow Pelicans and their kids enjoying the event. Even managed to see myself in the footage they showed from RRI
