I thought this thread was going to be about the affluenza kid & his mother. I really hope they both get the full amount of justice they will be eligible for. They & this POS are in the same type of looser category produced by our culture.

The (alleged) crimes for which he was arrested relate to his various hedge funds. For those, he was the boss. And thus, directly and ultimately responsible for the (alleged) fraud.
