I got this link from the IMDb board for X-Files... supposedly, you can watch the episodes here: Watch The X-Files Online: Episode 1, Season 10 on FOX
I'm really enjoying it so far... I'm not trying to catch everything as it runs... will buy the DVD/s when it's released for that. http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1453968994.jpg |

You boys must have grown up lately. Still no reference to Scully in the "IŽd hit that" context. :D

the Were-Monster episode is layered in X Files lore. bloody hilarious. yet succinct, in some fashion.
two thumbs up here. including the Kim Manners/Jack Hardy references via tombstone. |
Yeah tonight's episode was good.....love it!
|
I'll be watching it tonight. Can't wait. Our favorite episodes have always been the ones that weren't part of the big conspiracy (although I like those too).
|
The old humor times is back 10X..................wonderfully fresh for a rehashed show.
Reptilian good. |
That last scene with the handshake.....and then the reptile man walking away....classic X-Files material!
|
That was so much fun... so many in-jokes for the longtime fans. I chuckled the entire time.
Tyler Labine as one of the paint huffers... too funny. He always makes me laugh. Check out these "Easter Eggs:" http://www.vulture.com/2016/02/x-files-easter-eggs-weremonster.html |
We liked it, fun and entertaining.

there is an "in memory of Jack Hardy" Facebook page. he was a helluva 1st AD. sorta interesting insight into the Vancouver film community. https://www.facebook.com/JackHardyInMemory/
Kim Manners was an absolute gentleman. he directed around 50 episodes. |
Was thinking Agents Miller and Einstein could be an alternative Mulder and Scully....great episode!
|
"This is the End".
Awesome! |
excellent episode.
is that it? will they be back? i'm gonna arrange some work on that series. if it comes back. to Vancouver |
So far I will reluctantly say I feel a tad disappointed. The performance and handy work along with humor is spot on but I lack the tension and thriller-like experience I used to remember from the show. It kind of went from Hitchcock to Sandler.
|
I watch most of this series online as with most of my other viewing. Internet connection connection plus antenna on roof means no cable TV bill.
This last episode with the epidemic is a little fragmented, and hurried. I was enjoying the hopscotch characteristic of the different episodes, traditional, funny, dark, mysterious and so forth but it seems strained now. Hopefully things will settle into a rational pace soon. |
