It has nearly full refund value if bought back as a lemon.

I think that is the right thing to do !

There is a LOT more , but i think the point can readily bee seen..

A Warning to the world - DO NOT go near a Fiat !

Please go on. With all of it. My GF has been looking at Fiats lately. She didn't beleive me when I told her they had a reputation. "Fix it Again, Tony"

I tried the lemon law and arbitration, but lost. Then I found out the lemon law and arbitration were funded by the auto mfgs. No wonder we always lose.

I then hired a lawyer with all my documentation and receipts and used the Magnuson–Moss Warranty Act to get my money. Worked like a charm.

Fiat buys Chrysler out of bankruptcy and combines their technologies to produce a new generation of cars.

What could possibly go wrong?

This.

Reminds me of the guy who bought a new '69 Lincoln with his retirement check. Total POS. Ford stiffed him at every opportunity so he drove it to the Ford plant gates and set it on fire. I think it made 60 Minutes and Ford got right on doing right by the guy.

Or just unload it on a trade-in. Hondas are the only new car I buy.

It turned out well for Mercedes :)

If you want a sporty little car, get a Miata

"Fix It Again Tony," nope, I had a fiat 124 many years ago and it was also a piece of frustrating junk, so I changed the acronym to "Found In Alley Torched!"

Mark Henry 04-07-2016 01:11 PM

They used to make good tractors. ;)

bivenator 04-07-2016 02:09 PM

I would have never ever ever guessed that you drove a Fiat.

Steve Carlton 04-07-2016 02:35 PM

It's the one you put in the shop while you drive the others?

Jolly Amaranto 04-07-2016 02:55 PM

Sounds like my buddy's old Yugo.

We used to say Fiat stood for Found In A Toilet.

They were crap 40 years ago. They would be rust buckets in 2 years. My friend had an X-19. It was a fun car to drive but was always in the dealer for something.

Trade it for a Mini !!!

Sorry, bad joke, minis are barely better and cost as much as a full sized BMW to service!
Just get it good enough to trade in...

What if their slogan was More Winning ?

The best part is people will Google "Fiat", and I know this thread shows up !
The real truth will pop up as to what a LOW LIFE Car Company this is .
In fact I have tried to trade this in at two different Fiat dealerships , they don't even want it!
They said go sell it privately !
That folks, is how bad this car is !
Its a 2013 and ready for the junkyard squisher .
