What did Porsche call the Frunk - im Deutsch?

For a reason I will provide later....can anyone confirm what German word Porsche officially used to note the front trunk/Frunk area? I dont want to ask my wife, its a surprise...Abteil? Kammer? Kofferraum?

Thanks!

Oklahoma says its "Trunk" (Winders I have deep respect and appreciation for your help in the past)
Oregon says its "Kofferraum" (OK so you have Herr in your name but together it means "Mr Super High"...)

Any further confirmation?

From the list of definitions in the link I provided earlier:

car trunk [Am.]
Kofferraum {m}automot.

The list contains the idiom/colloquialism.

"Kofferraum" doesn't matter whether it's upfront or in back. It just means "luggage space."

This...

Rüssel also translates to trunk but as in an Elephant trunk.

They are both right. Read a German owner's manual and they call it a kofferraum. Read the same document they published in English and it's a trunk.

Fronthaube is the word used to describe the trunk lid.

Tell a German it's a frunk and they would probably hit you on the head with a wrench. Rightly so...

Just like "trunk". Doesn't matter if it's in front or rear.
