These are great! I need a good stretching illustration. I'm still working out pretty hard at 56 and starting to have more muscle and tendon pain. I need to start a stretching routine.

...But NOTHING is free! An ad popped up that I could not close. I had to shut down Safari and reopen it. This is happening more and more. The internet is basically one giant form a captive advertising.

Good stuff. Based on the PPOT SOP, I was expecting something a bit different, but we do get actual educational stuff around here from time to time too.

I use Firefox as my default browser, along with the free add-on "Ad-Block Plus" Ads are pretty much a thing of the past...even on YouTube...
