NASCAR driver beating:
This is crazy. I'm not familiar w the laws in N.C. but this doesn't seem like "simple assault" to me, more like felony assault w GBH = state prison time.

I have known mike, Kenny and rusty for many years. rusty lives a tiger woods 9 iron away from me. great guys.

Looks like according to that article, this trash (Lucas Landscaping) has had prior violent trouble at this venue

Or line up some real bone-breaking SOBs to dole out some karma to these thugs. I mean, it sounds like there would not be much legal consequence from such a move in those parts.
