Zippo butane inserts
Fell into a bunch of these. Two left $20 plus shipping. They work great....new in the box. $19 retail.

I put one of those into my Zippo lighter to convert it into a cigar lighter. This was while I was putting on our annual pumpkin patch, and I'm working 90+ hours outside for 3 months. Those work great but you're constantly re-filling them. BTW the carnies were like "why'd you ruin your Zippo?".

Because the old school ones only last 3-4 days between refills.

I have 2 80s vintage Zippo butane lighters. Need to send 'em in for service, but IIRC only had to fill 'em every two weeks or so

You know a rookie Zippo guy when his overfilled Zippo takes a piss in his pocket too.
