Kitty was weezing a bit too much. Big snot boogers. That is actually a good thing as a sign of productive expelling.

Vet said it was probably a viral lung infection.
They prescribed an anti-histamine "Cyproheptadine 1mg", which only made him vomit up white foam for the rest of the night.
$90 bucks gone.
(There are pill injector syringes for forcing pills down cat throats but I deferred on using that).

I noticed he played with his litter boxes(2) far too much and would kick piles of even new litter across the floor.
The room perpetually stunk and I didn't like to change his litter to be honest. Shame on me.

I switched to Arm&Hammer Clump 'n Seal 100% dust free a few days ago.
His lungs seemed to have (mostly) gotten better overnight and the smell is gone.
He is back to being the little jerk whom I love.
I recommend that brand.

We have had cats with respiratory issues and our vet recommended pine litter (Feline Pine or similiar ). No issues and absorbs smell better than anything we had used prior.

Orange cats have a personality distinct from other cats, very cool.

Yep, orange ones are usually boys, and very alpha boys.

Say a prayer for my kitty Teener, she goes in for surgery tomorrow for a mass in her intestine. What she looked like when I rescued her in 2006.

Good luck Byron, and it is a case of luck as you sure know how to look after your cats.
