(I used an electric power-washer the other day and loved it. Even a wimpy 1700psi was barely good enough for a 1-story. No gas and oil to go bad or changed. No spills/smells. Much more compact. The cheap lightweight plastic is easy on the shoulders. Much quieter. And less than half the price.)
