These People should get TICKETS, they are worse than speeders as far as I'm concerned, and I get passed a lot. Went Rhode Island Sorry! The Federal Hill came out.

Between this and on top of the people TEXTING as well as TALKING on the phone even though it's hand free they are not driving or paying attention and that's the point.

If the Transportation Authorities want to reduce accidents and deaths on the roads they must stop this! Speeding is not the Killer any longer, it the lack of attention that people have while driving!
