I just don't understand the people that let the little head run the show and think that any means justify the ends. Just because it's always at attention, doesn't mean that it's the general in charge.

What troubles me is the privileged treatment. Why is he not being held WITHOUT BAIL? A warrant has been served, evidence taken. I know it's literally TMZ reporting here but still ... If he guilty why is "USC Investigating" vs the actual police taking over. Plus if it happened across state lines (multiple occurrences) shouldn't this be a federal crime?

Let me clear this up for you. College football players have been raping women and being protected by their coaches since the game was invented. I witnessed the protection first hand when I was a resident adviser at a Pac10 school. The coaches were very skilled at working the victim and the police. The difference today is that victims come forward more and technology helps the morons trip themselves up occasionally.

yup, let us not confuse the fact that victims come forward more often, with more evidence then they ever could before, with an increasing frequency/severity of the crime. also let us not think that while we believe in justice for all, that has been a goal, not a fact, since our countries founding.
