Your typical gray morning. Stuff's been falling from the clouds.
Thinkin' about DEs. Did one a few years ago....was not impressed, but now I can't do AX no more. The old bod can't handle it since the stroke...it's a brain thang, I think. A no pressure track thing would seem like a good plan. One of those afternoon weekday jobbies. Any one done ( at PIR would be a bargain)? I have time to prepare. The Miata is ready. Come Spring, I'll be ready.

I've done track days with a few organizations, and at least in my neck of the woods, the Porsche club has the best run events. The organizers and instructors seem to have the priorities straight; first and foremost is safety, then make sure everyone enjoys the event and gets the most out of it.
With other organizations, I don't see that so much. I've seen groups where they let people less than qualified go out on their own and other where some participants just cannot grasp the idea of giving a point by...
