It really isn't a tough nut at all if we just decide that the end justifies the means. Although the technology exists, WE aren't there yet, because we don't want to be inconvenienced. I think that is a cop-out. If you truly want to make this problem go away, the answer is smacking us all in the face. Oh well, better to keep getting smacked in the face than to save many lives...
