bored, had a sharp knife..so i deboned a turkey.
HAH!!
took me about 10 minutes and i didnt cut myself. i can butcher a deer so i figured how hard can a turkey be. i was premature and defrosted a turkey way to early, so the one i was saving for New Years Eve is now in the oven. i'll do enchiladas for NYE. it was fun making a turkey loaf!! before and after pics. i cant tie a butcher's knot to save my ass.

Nice job! I've made a turducken once. Lots of cutting, definitely more than 10 minutes a bird. But was well worth it. The turkey keeps its legs in that setup, so it looks still like a turkey from the outside.
